You are using Promachos, the CUAS training simulator provided by Constellation Airspace Group, LLC ("CAG") through your organization. By selecting "I agree," you accept these terms. Your organization's agreement with CAG also applies.
Training only. Everything in the Simulator is simulated: drones, aircraft, detections, radio traffic, alerts and mitigation actions. It does not detect, track or affect any real drone, aircraft or radio signal, and it contacts no real dispatch, air traffic control or emergency service.
No authority to act. Practicing a decision here does not authorize you to detect, intercept, jam, take control of or otherwise act against a real drone. Only the law and your agency's approvals do that.
Not for real incidents. Don't use the Simulator to manage a real drone incident. Use your agency's operational systems and procedures.
Your account. Keep your sign-in private. Don't share it or let anyone else use your account. Tell your administrator if you think someone else has used it.
Acceptable use. Don't copy, modify or reverse engineer the Simulator, try to get around its security, upload unlawful content, or use it for anything other than your organization's training.
Your information. Your organization controls your account and training records, including exercise scores, notes, photos and after-action reports. CAG processes them to run the Simulator and deletes them on your organization's retention schedule. Add only the personal information training needs. The Privacy Policy linked on the sign-in page explains more.
Training records. Completion records show you took part in training. They are not a federal, state or FAA certification.
Text messages. If you turn on text alerts, CAG sends exercise and account messages to your phone. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help.
Changes and ending access. CAG may update these terms and will ask you to accept the new version. Your organization or CAG may end your access, for example when you leave your organization or if these terms are broken.
No warranty to you. The Simulator is provided to you as is, through your organization. Questions go to your administrator or [email protected].
